Introduction
Hermès, a French luxury fashion brand, has established itself as a leader in the high-end fashion industry. The company's success can be attributed to its commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. However, as the business landscape continues to evolve, Hermès must adapt and explore new strategic options to maintain its competitive edge.
Méthodologie
Our approach involved the use of various tools, including the confrontation matrix, megatrends analysis, and TOWS analysis. This section will provide an overview of the research methods used and how we applied them to generate strategic options for Hermès.

Megatrends Analysis

We used the megatrends analysis to identify long-term trends that are likely to shape the future of the luxury fashion industry. The analysis helped us to evaluate how Hermès could capitalize on these trends to develop its strategic options for the future.
The megatrends selection for this analysis was done in a simulated scientific method approach, this selection being formulated in a hypothesis as a starting point for this research. In order to auspiciously peruse each megatrend and prove the current and future trend panorama in the luxury fashion industry the analysis was done in a holistic view; Relevant aspects such as socioeconomic drivers, fashion historical or theoretical research and experts viewpoints; In that specific order the information will be presented to evaluate the veracity of this trends in the industry.

No/Faith Studios (NFS), was founded in 2016, Cologne, Germany, 16 year old entrepreneur, artist, and skateboarder Luis Dobbelgarten. His interest peaked from skateboarding culture, experimenting with the way garments fit the human body. Similar to the ever-changing nature of this industry, Dobbelgarten’s influences are continuously adapting to the developing world and his creations surround his need to experiment with his own sense of individuality.
